Refund/Return Policy

Our return policy extends for 7 days after you receive your item.


To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you've used the product and still wish to return it, we can refund you 50% of the product's value, allowing you to keep the item.

To initiate a return, please contact us at online.easy2shops@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Should you discover any defects, damages, or if you've received the incorrect item, please contact us promptly. This allows us to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom-made products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any queries regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
